Route 66

Beginning in Chicago and ending in Pasadena, historic Old Route 66 runs through Dwight on the west side of town, connecting us to all the communities along its route and visitors from all over the country and the world. Our Visitors Center housed in the National Register of Historic Places-listed Ambler-Becker Texaco station is staffed by volunteers who host thousands of tourists annually.
