Village Administrator

 

Even though I officially joined the Village of Dwight in March 2023, this community has been my home for more than two decades. My husband and I raised our five kids here; four of them graduated from Dwight Township High School. This Village has played a huge role in shaping our family. Dwight isn’t just where we live. It’s where our memories are.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Management with a specialization in Global Supply Chain Management, and a Master of Education in Educational Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources. But beyond the degrees, what really drives me is people. I care about our residents and the future we’re building together.

My work as Village Administrator focuses on planning ahead, supporting local growth, overseeing operations, budgeting, and pursuing grant funding. I also work closely with Village departments, the Board, and community partners to ensure projects and services meet the needs of our residents.

I truly love Dwight. Serving as Village Administrator is something I’m incredibly grateful for. Being part of projects that bring new life to our Village, seeing spaces brighten up, people come together, and pride grow stronger is my “why.” It’s what motivates me every day.
